Mary Breckinridge Hospital

What's New

Mary Breckinridge Hospital Lobby, Inpatient Rooms, Admitting and Registration and Anne A. Wasson Rural Health Clinic Registration Have a New Look!

During the winter and spring of 2005 our very talented Maintenance Department has recently completed renovating the first floor lobby. The lobby is absolutely beautiful with the new furniture, granite and marble tiles.

Frontier Nursing Service Historical Photographs are displayed throughout the entire lobby completing the renovation by tying the present with the past.

The registration and admission areas were moved to their original location when the hospital was designed and opened in 1975.

This project has helped us serve our patients more efficiently, increased productivity of our employees and has streamlined the entire registration and admission process.

This project has also gained us much positive publicity from our patients whom we serve, our community members and our employees.

We have also completely renovated two inpatient rooms on the second floor.    Our patients and family members are very pleased with the modern conveniences and the home like atmosphere while they are recovering from their illnesses.

Currently, we are raising funding to complete the renovation of the remaining inpatient rooms.
