A resident of South Carolina, Jane Leigh Powell has had strong ties to the Frontier Nursing Service much of her life. Ms. Powell was a courier for Frontier Nursing Service for three years in her youth and has worked tirelessly for FNS for the past 26 years. She serves as Chair of the Board of Governors and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Childbearing Centers.
