John and his wife Mindy live in Lexington, Kentucky with their three children. John has served on the Board of Governors of the Frontier Nursing Service since 1988. John is involved with Pine Mountain Lumber, LLC, a hardwood timberland management company. He is also active in Sturley Investments, Inc., a company providing OTR logistics and manufacturer of organic landscape materials. John graduated from the Gatton College of Business at the University of Kentucky with a BBA degree in Finance and Economics.
